In May Moira undertook a mission for the UNDP Improving Democracy through Parliamentary Development (IPD) Project in the Bangladesh Parliament.  Her work there was focused on improving the parliamentary library and research services and helping them to develop a strategic plan for the library and research services.  See photos here.
